Our lunch menu is offered Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Our chips are chopped in-house and lightly fried and salted for a perfect complement to our delicious salsa. Traditional queso dip made with cilantro, tomatoes and onions.\ Choose vegetarian, beef, or chorizo.

Tacos, two each served with rice and beans

  • Your way, $10: Choose from chicken, steak, ground beef, carnitas, veggies, or chorizo. Choose Mexican style (onions and cilantro) or Tex Mex style (lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sour cream $.5 extra).Choose from the following salsas: taquera (mild), pastor (mild), aguacate (hot), habarracha (hottest).
  • Filet mango, $13: Tender filet steak, sweet mango pico de gallo.
  • Mahi Mahi, $12: Grilled mahi-mahi, pico de gallo, avocado, creamy chipotle-mustard sauce.
  • Pastor, $11: Marinated pork, onions, cilantro, grilled pineapple, sweet and mildly spicy salsa.
  • Breaded Fish, $10: tilapia, shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, creamy chipotle sauce.
  • Cochinita, $11: Achiote shredded pork, and habanero vinegar-marinated red onions.
  • Shrimp, $13: Breaded or grilled, pico de gallo, avocado, and El Timon’s creamy salsa.

Burritos

  • Akumal, $10: Vegetarian burrito stuffed with lettuce, black beans, pico de gallo, peppers, onions, mushrooms, guacamole, sour cream, and red salsa.
  • Cancun, $12: Your choice of meat, melted cheese, pico de gallo, and chilled guacamole.
  • Xel-Ha, $11: Rice, chopped onions, cilantro, beans, hot or mild salsa, and melted cheese. Choose from chicken or steak.

Quesadillas, Cheese, $10; Meat/Veggie, $12; Shrimp/Filet, $14  Melted cheese and your choice of chicken, steak, ground beef, carnitas (pork), veggies, or chorizo. Served with lettuce/pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream.

Enchiladas, Cheese, $10; Meat/Veggie, $12; Shrimp/Filet, $14 Three enchiladas bathed in salsa (verde, roja or molé) and your choice of chicken, steak, ground beef, carnitas, veggies, or chorizo. Served with rice and beans.

Sopes, $11 Two handmade corn tortillas topped with beans and chicken, steak, ground beef, carnitas, veggies, or chorizo, salsa verde or roja, onions, cilantro and fresco cheese. With rice.

Tostadas, $11 Two crispy corn tortillas topped with beans and chicken, steak, ground beef, carnitas, veggies, or chorizo, salsa, lettuce, cheese and pico de gallo. With rice. (Top w/ fish ceviche for $1 more).

Huaraches, $11 Tortilla stuffed with refried beans and topped with lettuce/pico de gallo, salsa, sour cream, fresco cheese. Chicken, steak, ground beef, carnitas, veggies, or chorizo. With rice.

Fajitas, $12 Choose chicken, steak, carnitas, or veggies. Served with rice, beans, grilled peppers and onions, lettuce/pico de gallo, sour cream. With rice and beans.

Flautas, $11  Flour tortillas around a mix of chicken, cheese, onions. Chipotle cream. Rice, beans.

Tamales, $10   Cornmeal tamale baked in banana leaf. Chicken, pork, or veggies. Rice and beans.

Combo Platters, $12

  • Madero Lunch Combo: One burrito, one enchilada, and one taco. Choose only one: chicken, steak, ground beef, carnitas, veggies, or chorizo. With rice and beans.
  • Chile Relleno: Cheese chile relleno, rice, beans, chilaquiles with salsa verde.
