Veracruzana: There’s a medium heat to this dish that uses a chipotle-hinted tomato sauce combined with jalapeno peppers, green peppers, green olives.
Diabla: This dish is called “diabla” due to the intense heat of the habanero pepper. Chipotle adobo adds to the smoky flavor of this red sauce.
Mexicana: One of the most common means of preparing meat, poultry and fish in Mexico, this recipe uses jalapeno peppers, tomatoes, and onions.
Al chipotle: This sauce is unique for its smoky and spicy flavor. Sautéed onions add to the flavor, culminating in a savory dish.
